Why am I feeling dizzy, with headache, and numb ?

Hello good afternoon, I am a 27 year old Hispanic female, for the past 2 weeks I have been feeling very dizzy with a slight headache towards my frontal part of my head. I’ve also been experiencing joint pain and mild numbness that comes and goes in my body . I went to urgent care 2 days ago and the dr did labs, he checked my CBC and cmp and everything came back normal; he also checked my blood pressure and oxygen levels and everything came back normal. If everything came back normal what can it be ? I also had std tests done on me about 2 weeks ago, i came back negative for hiv 5 weeks after exposure but had an equivocal result for genital herpes? Should I take those results into consideration for my symptoms, idk what it could be, it’s not comfortable having to work like this, I feel like these symptoms have me feeling very ill. Thankyou

Headaches in the front of your head are often tension headaches. While they can be triggered by stress, anxiety or tension, the name comes from tension in your muscles. Don't discount them, either - they can be painful. (I get them, too.) https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321086.php

If you have allergy or sinus issues, that can also be a cause for them, and could cause the dizziness.

It's not an STD - no STD causes these symptoms. Anxiety can, though. If it lingers, or isn't relieved by over the counter meds, like tylenol, ibuprofen, etc., follow up with your regular doctor.
