mri report ...... please tell me what to do

Hi everyone,I am 24 years old I am a student

I am wondering if anyone suffers from similar problems and can offer help. Of course if you don't suffer I would still appreciate any advice and help, I am quite desperate after suffering for 1 years!. i am fed up with concerning doctors.

I suffer from daily occurrences of what feels like a confused and lost head which coincides with red, sore eyes. It comes at different times of the day though I would say it happens regularly in the morning and afternoon and maybe again in the evening. It can last around 1-2 hour or more and it effects my concentration not even able to study and difficulty in learning anything  thats why it is irritating, also my eyes get red and irritated, and i feel disoriented and i lose concentration.

BRAIN MRI report on 1.5 tesla 8 channel unit says:
1) subcentrimeteric focal cystic hyperintense foci on T2 & hypointense on T2 FLAIR & T1 with no evidence of blooming on GRE or restricted diffusion on DWI noted in left tegmentum of mid brain & left postero-medial thalamus.-suggestive of chronic ischemic lesion versus prominent virchow robin spaces.
2)rest of cerebral hemisphere show normal MR morphology, signal intensity and grey-white matter diffrentiation.
3)both lateral ventricles and third ventricle are normal in size.
4)cerebellar hemispheres are showing normal MR morphology, signal intensity and outline.
5)fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in position.
6)basal cistern are normally visualized.
7)no midline shift is seen.
