Why do I feel like a Magnet is slowing me down? Or that gravity is pushing me down?

I am a fairly active (I walk dogs all day) 48 year old female, with slightly high cholesterol, no meds other than Advil
occasionally, maybe a bit depressed like the rest of the world is, and i could lose 30 lbs, but very recently I have started feeling like a Magnet is pulling me towards the ground.
So I figured I would do some yoga, when I was on the floor, I felt pressure like gravity was literally pushing me down! It is starting to hurt, physically. My arms, legs and body feel sore like I have been working out too much... like muscle cramps.
It is becoming so bad that I am starting to feel physically ill like motion sickness. But I am NOT Dizzy, although I do fight a allerfy/sinus problem constantly.... pollen where I live is 7 months out of the year and mold spores the other months.
Is there some weather phenomena that causes this? Or a real magnetic pull coming from some unknown source beneath the ground? Or is it "IN YOUR MIND" as some smarty pants "doctor" online has answered some poor soul on another site..giving no other explanation btw...
Great dude, she probably thinks she is crazy now, wonderful "doctoring"... Hack!
Anyway, I would love to know if anyone else feels this...and if they have had any luck explaining and diagnosing this problem.
