Why does my right calf muscle twitch wildly when partially tensed?

I have been diagnosed with benign fasiculation syndrome about 5 months ago. I have widespread twitching in various parts of my body but mostly below the waste and my calves are the worst, particularly the right. I noticed my right calf was smaller than my left months ago (and it is my dominant leg) but this was discounted by Neuro and physio as being associated to an injury in my right ankle. My right calf muscle is now 3cm smaller than my left and other than fasuculating like crazy when relaxed it also does this when in a tensed position and it is a lot more than just a wave and movement here or there it is rapid, rolling waving motions. I am convinced this can’t be benign fasiculation syndrome but the more serious and deadly motor neuron disease. Help me
