Would left middle cerebral stenosis cause right arm and hand numbness?

Hello. Since June 2016 I was having massive headaches waking me up every night for 2 weeks around 3am. Occasional right arm and hand numbness only. The "massive headache" consisted of left frontal and left eye severe pain that I basically would just have to fall back asleep to take care if it, Motrin and Tylenol would not touch it. Urgent care gave me 800mg of Ibuprofen and said if it came back go to the emergency room.  June 19 went to the emergency they did a MRI and found a arachnoid cyst on my left cerebellum at 3cm, wanted to get me in for a MRA for a better idea if there is anything else and to follow up with neurosurgery no later than 2 weeks. MRA showed severe left middle cerebral stenosis. I did my own research and read the reports my self.

7/29 went to neurosurgery (this was the earliest they can get me in) saw a Nurse Practitioner not a physician like I was suppose to. Said everything is fine not to worry about anything and to follow up with a doctor in 6 months. Questioned him about artery since it was never mentioned he said it is very small and wouldn't cause any issues since its not a major branch, I just stopped asking questions at that point.

Luckily I already had another appointment else where but isn't until the end of August.

Now the odd thing is since June I had random times my right hand would go numb. No severe headaches. Last night I went to bed with my fingers going number then my entire right arm. Woke up around 5am with a headache not massive but painful and localized in the same areas as before. So I went to the emergency room and they told me that there is nothing they can do for me I have to wait to meet with the neurosurgeon, he is wont of the best (this was my backup places I already had an appointment with).

Now I am 27 years old. Don't think this is normal. I do have my MRI and MRA images. So far the doc in the emergency room doesn't think the numbness is related to the stenosis but isnt sure. I am ruling out the cyst because today I remembered in 2006 I was in an accident and they did a cat-scan of the brain to check it. I got those images today and the report. It is noted there was a possible cyst just was never told. I measured the cyst in 2006 to be 2.5cm so in 10 years it only grew .5cm. I would be happy to post my images if possible.
