all of a sudden

62 year old man in great health - all of a sudden experiencing pins and needles in hands and bottom of feet. after a few days, pressure in back of head and lightheadedness.  symptoms come and go -  no rhyme or reason to it.  pressure was a little high 150/90 so increased bp medicine to benicar 40mgs with hct of 12.5.  pressure came down to 115/75 - thought it was reaction to medicine - stopped it for a week - and symptoms stayed.  thought it was stress - started exercising 30 minutes a day - running - some help but symptoms come back -   at times when look down get dizzy or lie in bed.   have been playing alot of golf and swinging differently - but no back pain - some neck stiffness from new swing.  went to cardiologist and going thru - carota artery test, wearing a monitor, nuclear stress and echo.  went for blood work up - nothing significant.  went to neurologist - mri, mra, mri of spine and vertigo test.  waiting for results from cardiologist and neurologist -  any ideas what can be causing this

Hello Dear,
It seems you have been having some neuropathic condition  An electromyograph test is desirable to assess your condition better.
Do you also have altered sensations, fatigue, muscle cramps and exercise intolerance? You should consult a neurologist and go in for MRI  and evaluate the cause. Also get your blood sugar levels done to rule out diabetes.
