ataxia with hypertonia in children

I have a 9 years old girl cousin who always fall down on the floor,mostly on her head , cant walk steadly, her distal limb muscles all rigid and bulky and, her fingers usually closed or flexed hardly, her arm always straight & rigid,so when she wanna take somthing from the floor , she should sit to catch itcause of her stright arm, she wear glasses since she was 3 years old, we cant understand what she want to say, when she want to hold some one, she hold him/her and cause a pinch so hard cause of her fingers.

Please help us ..
