How did they know it was SLE through an ANA test?  My ANA is 320 and they have no clue why.  I did have a spinal tap done this past year and it showed 4 bands of MS but, they still haven't diagnosed me as having that.  I don't have insurance so I have to use the Veteran doctors and they suck!  You can't get straight answers and it takes months to get tests done.  It's ridiculous.  Any help you can tell me would be greatly appreciated.

Meclizine also stops the dizziness.

That is called bi-positional vertigo.

During an attack during the day, if you will sit in a chair and fixate on one object it will steady the dizziness.

If you will stay laying on the side that does not cause the dizziness at night for 2 weeks without rolling over on the other side the crystals in your ear will right themselves and your balance will be restored.

There are also exercises you can do during the day. Take a ball and toss it hand to hand while your eyes follow the ball, then toss it up in the air and follow it just with your eyes, it might make you feel a little dizzy at first but slowly your brain will adjust.

You can also take Meclizine tablets to help alleviate the nausea. Just ask your pharmacist for it, cost about 10 dollars. They have it behind the counter and they come in chewables.
