body twitches

I have almost  constant twitching in different areas of my body, like my left hand below my pinkie finger, my left eyelid, both shoulders ,my legs,my upper lip,my back my feet.  I am not on any medication, or under any significate stress. sometimes my hands shake slightly & I seem to lose strenght, also I sometimes have to think before my hands will work right.
Please let me know what this could possibly be, I also have shortness of breath on occasion
thanks

I have them too.  Just like you described.  All day, every day.  I've had them for over 2 years.  I have a host of other neuro symptoms as  well.  Too many to list but some are burning nerve pain that runs in a line in certain areas, floaters, blurred vision, muscle pain and a weak, heavy feeling in limbs and more.  I hope you get an answer as I have seen 6 neurologists and have had all normal tests results.  Please update us if you get any answers.  I have no significant stress either, except for these horrible symptoms.

Hi,
How are you feeling now?
There are several causes for the symptoms you have described.
Have you been any drugs before which you have recently stopped? (Drug induced movement disorder).
It can also be tic disorder or TIA.
Epilepsy or seizure disorders can present with similar symptoms.
You should be seeing Neurologist at earliest to rule out pathological state.
Bye.

Hi,
You are suffering from tics. Underlying causes can be nervous system disoders and tourette syndrome. Please get yourself checked by a neurologist. Good luck!
