Hi there!

Well, without knowing the relevant clinical details such as the precise injuries, neurological involvement etc. or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment specifically on the situation. Skull injury alone without neural involvement is unlikely to be responsible for the symptoms; while aside neural involvement a few other causes could present similarly as well. It would be best to discuss the situation, the suggested management plan and the expected prognosis in detail with your treating doctor.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
