starting about 7 days ago, i felt presure at the back bottom of my head. it slowly increases (the presure sensation).Today, it is much worse and the presure is very strong and feels strange, nothing i ever felt before. the presure is still located at the back bottom portion of my head, along with presure behind my nose, in between my eyes. there is also a little numbness along the sinus of my nose and my two top front teeth. does this sound like an emergency? please give me some advice ASAP

Hi, Thank you for your question. Most likely possibility is Cervical spondylosis or pinched nerve in cervical spine in which pain may be referred and perceived as occurring in the back of head, shoulders, arms or chest, rather than just the neck. Other symptoms may include vertigo, nausea (dizziness). Even then if you suffer continuous headache, please arrange an appointment with a neurologist right away who will evaluate the further underlying disorders by clinically examine you & ordering MRI or CT scan here that may be the main reasons of your headache attacks & other symptoms and can provide you an appropriate treatment. Hope this information proves helpful to you. Take Care & Regards!!!

Hi...start with an ENT dr and get an MRI to see if u have an infection or some type of inflammation.

Make sure ur PCP is kept in the loop as to what the ENT finds.

Good luck
