I was diagnose mid of last year as 'pinch nerve' by my GP, just a month ago, it was so bad that my left hand was so painful. It was confirm by an x-ray on my neck that I have cervical spondylosis. Yes I do get tingling and nubmness from my neck and sometimes it radiates to the head for a short while.

I was just diagnosed about 3 weeks ago and tingling and numbness of my head was one of my symptoms.  It doesn't occur all the time, but when my neck muscles are really spasming the back of my head tingles.
