chronic cough

Hello - I have been dealing with a chronic cough for 1 and 1/5 years. Sometimes its congestive ( mucus) sometimes its dry. It started after a case of pneumonia. I have taken several tests and all is negative. Endoscopy, bronchoscopy,  allergy tests, lots of blood work, asthma and have been on several doses of predasone (steroids) and nebulizer. Its difficult to talk and eat. I have cut lots of things from my diet. I tried to get an appointment with a neurologist but the response I get is that they don't treat chronic cough. I also saw an EAT and checked my vocal cords, all is normal. I don;t know what else to do, anyone with suggestions please reply.
