Hello dear and welcome to the medhelp forum. The ruptured discs C3-C5 could result in pain, shooting, severe, and radiating from neck to one or both the arms. There could be pinching, tingling and weakness in the neck until the arm. You need to seek a neurologist for evaluation and intervention. You might benefit from physiotherapy and epidural injection of steroids. You may need surgical stabilization if conservative measures fail. Wishing you all the best.
