confusing symptoms and white spots on MRI

My daughter is 26 and has had two unusual episodes which occured about 8 months apart.  recently she went to the doctor because she had an episode while she was out with friends.  she felt "funny"," like i was aware of surroundings but not really", she felt weak, mouth dry and pasty and friends noticed her left arm moving strangely.  she had only one drink and did eat so no hypoglycemia my first thought.  second thought seizures?? but her doctor sent her for an MRI and it showed 2 white spots on her left frontal lobe.  The written report said R/O MS.  any thoughts??

Hi I am 42, 20 white   spots detected more to the middle , was aware of surrounding but not really when I had my episode and felt something was happning to my heart like it was weak, left leg started to get numbed and right fore arm, same thing happened as I went to the doctors to check myself that day and was taken to hospital did CT nothing detected only mild celebral tonsilliar and they did not worry, saw neruo after a year that was when I got my appointement and the spots noted after scan, I get migrains, also noticed my vion sometimes is fussed or not clear  I have reading glasses and got them this year only for reading as I am ok with short distance, but that too can play up sometimes is it due t the spots, Neuro said spots could be due to the heaches or fluid in brain I asked if they were calcium spots and he said no. How many spots or lesions do you alll have and where are they located,He said they wont go away and will an MRI be able to detect lesions from spots without IV contrast and what is the difference between them I noted I tend to forget things and the neuro said no that has nothing to do.  this has been going onfor sometime though, I have been stressed  lot and was putting it to that reason, my upper forearm is a bit funny left only, I have had a pain in jaw like a cruncing sound when I eat did xray no TMJ dr said I could be biting my teeth in my sleep, have, other issues too sinus, allergies, hayfever.  My nextMRI in March for brain and spine by the way i m also allergic to the IV contrst anaphalexis.  Did lots of test all normal, for antibodies, Full Blood, Rheumotoid, Lupus, ESR CRP  all in normal range, if you want will let you know the test they did not sure what they are looking for though.  Only my MCH was slightly low, Esonophils were .2 high, as well as bicarbonade.1 high and Phosphate.1 high.  Anyway God Bless you all and will keep you all posted,

Your daughter's story sounds like my son 37.  He had had three seizures since Feb and the mri showed 2 white spots on his brain. I am terrified and would like to know your daughter' diagnosis.  Please reply

Are they white spots or lesions?  If they are lesions you might want to get another MRI to see if anything has changes.  What symptoms does your daughter have during these episodes? Make a timeline of what happened and take that into the neuro.  I hope you find some answers.

I don't know if this is helpfull, but I have also been told that I have whit spots and that they believe they are calcium depostis. I have routine MRI'S to make sure that they are not growing or shifting.  Good Luck
