could this be a brain tumor?

Hi. I have neck problems that is pressure in the back of my head and constantly cracking because of the pressure I would feel. Lately though I had numbness tingles in my toes and almost everywhere. One day all of a sudden I felt tingles big time on top of my head a week and a half ago. Last Friday, my ears completely plugged up for a few minutes. Then this past Tuesday night I had really bad pressure on top of my head. It felt like it was going to explode. It lasted for like 4 hours and the only thing that helped somewhat was laying flat on my back on the ground. Also I would get a little bit of comfor just for a second or two if I tilted my head to either of the side. Then nothing much happened on Wednesday except pressure around my ears... still plugged feeling... then again last night I had really bad pressure around ears then on top of my head. When I went to lay down on the ground I was getting a noise like a wave in my ears would pass by would plug up then open up as the wave passed. It happened about three times. When I had the tingles in my toes and stuff I did go on the web and searched and found things on MS and maybe I got so worried that all this could be result of anxiety? plus neck issues exist already? I usually have problems with my ears that is they will feel full plugged awkward and do have balance problems for many years now... could this be a tumor? or just anxiety? Please help.
Thank you and wishing everyone a long happy healthy life.

Thank you very much for your input. I really appreciate it. just wanted to keep everyone posted.

I saw the nurse practitioner yesterday. This is what she said.
Cervical neck pain; Radioculpathy; Muscle tension H/A; Trapezius muscle spasms; Eustachian Tube dysfunction. She prescribed muscle relaxant; Ibuprofene 800 mg; nasal spray; Physical Therapy
My face like the whole cheek feels hot numb tingly also my lips chin area. It feels like it is burning even asked my mom to touch she said both sides feel the same. The nurse practitioner said it may be caused by the nerves being pushed.
I hope that is all it is and nothing more serious with circulation, tumors, aneurysms or other bad things...Thank you very much for all your input once again. From the bottom of my heart wishing everyone  healthy long life.
My symptoms were: head pressure, sides of head above ears around ears, on top of head, back of head, pressure was so severe though. also back of my head sometime felt like it was an open sore burning.
my ears plugged as well. sometime only left cheek the whole left side of face feeling like it was burning (feeling extremely hot) tingles and numbness as well tu my lips, chin, then sometime the right side of my head feeling numb heavy and ear plugging up, sometime both ears plugged up. also had numbness on my toes feet. when i get up in the morning i have no problem as soon as i sit or get up i start to get my ears plugged and my head starts to get the pressure. as soon as i lay down my symptoms go away. i'm still worried but let's see... :(
thank you again everyone and maybe my symptoms and my prelimenary diagnosis by the nurse practitioner may help others...

My prelimenary diagnosis by a nurse practitioner is as follows. I still pray that it isn't anything more serious. Wishing you and everyone a very healthy long life.

Of course it could be anxiety.  Or allergies ie sinuses blocked.  I get massive head pressure and ringing ears and blocked ears certain times of the year.
Try breathing in steam.  Try to relax.  Tumors cause other symptoms as well and tend to get worse.  give yourself a few weeks and if worse then see someone.

Good luck.
