deep muscle pain and trouble walking

I don't know if this is normal for Fibromyalgia--I've been diagnosed for 5 yrs with. Should I write off deep muscle pain in legs, almost feels like legs are being strangulated, and recently has developed into upper thigh pain that gets so bad legs feel like bowl of jello wiggling, though no outward visible sign of shaking, so bad that it feels like I'm going to fall.
It's to the point it is affecting what I do. I do have a Daughter, 30 yrs old with myasthenia gravis and a sister with multiple sclerosis.. Should I be concerned that I may be genectically prone to developing either of these or is this just another symptom of the Fibro?  I did have a muscle biopsy some years ago which showed some atrophic fibers and I do have fluctauting cpk and cmp levels, causes for which are unknown.

I suffer deep muscle pain in my left leg. First the pain began behind
the knee and calf muscle now it's my thigh. It was so bad last night
I screamed from the pain and my daughter wanted to call 911. It
lasted a longer time it was like a huge charley horse in my thigh.
And after walking about it finally stopped but was still sore. Today
it isn't like that intense pain but still hurts. I am a type II diabetic
who works at exercising and my daughter thinks that maybe I over
did it. But this has been and on and off pain for months for me.
Many years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but it's been
like many years ago and the symtoms went away. Is it possible
that the symptoms just returned? The other leg also cramps but
is no where as painful as my left leg.

Hi,

Fibromyalgia can cause chronic deep muscle pain. There are many ways to decrease this muscle pain and one of them is water exercises or water aerobic. Warm water will be very comforting.
The exercise will increase the blood flow to the muscles and tendons and thereby decrease the pain.
