delayed myelination

my daughter 9 months old having delayed myelination,she diagnose with leukomacia in MRI. SHE IS NOT HOLDING NECK PROPERLY.SHE CAN NOT CRAWL.WHAT IS THE REASON & TREATMENT.SHE IS HAVING SIEZERS.AND VALPARINE IS THE MEDICINE WICH IS CONTINUE 4.25ML TWISE A DAY.SYRUP MENTAT 5.00 ML.NO MYLESTONE IS ACHIVED YET.

my doughter is also 9 months
she was diagnosed conginital muscular distropy at birth due to high ck level
there was malpractise during delevery and oxygen reduced and was born flat and needed ventilation for 1 month
at the age of 4 months the doctors told me she has no genetic disorder
ck test was done several times and came out normal metabolic test was done and also came out neg. all other test came out neg.
she has global development delay
mri was done when she was 3 weeks and reports came out normal
at the age of 5 months mri was done and the report came out as delayed myelination
she has SIEZERS and on medication now.
what does it mean delayed myelination
and is there and treatment for it.

Usually, delayed myelination is called as leukomalacia. After such kind of things symptoms like seizures, paralysis may be common due to already damaged part of brain and may remain symptomatic or progress in future. Although any permanent cure can not be assured in such cases, but symptomatic relief, physiotherapy, avoiding any triggering factors and life style modification help you in certain extent.
