dizzy, forgetful, cant walk, headaches numbness

i am a 36yr old female. 7 months ago had neck and arm pain, diagnosed with a popped disc, a month after this i started having dizzy spells where i would tumble over, then pain started down right leg, which now is continually there with muscle spasms, and some days i am dragging my leg and it is heavy and numb with pins and needles. I also have started having severe headaches, and problems with my memory, forgetting very close friends names, my fingers arnt working well either, numbness and tingling and weak, also having trouble toiletting, that has changed. i am extremly tired all the time. any ideas anyone?

I seen your question on your health issues and wanted to know if your DR has came up with an answer? My 20 yr old daughter is having the same thing, they did a CAT and a MRI and now scheduled for a spinal tab but no answers yet. She has an on going migraine, has to use a walker to get around and sleeps for 20 hrs a day. The migraines started about 7 weeks ago with no history of headaches. She was a young single mom, working and living on her own but now, no work, cant drive and has moved back home for us to take care of her and her 2 yr old son.

I have had mri on scan which came back fine. my neurologist says cant say definate no to ms but doesnt think so. i have also found out i have 3 more popped discs in lumber spine along with my neck. i have almost no feeling in my hand.cannot hold a book very long or write. can no longer walk unaided. the only answers i am getting is i have mental issues and i need to become more positive. i have always been a positive person. however as its now 17mths with no sign of improvement i am starting to become a negative person. how can i not when no one seems to want to help. i have never had mental issues.

That sounds like a reasonable conclusion, however your other symptoms concern me as well.  Has your neurologist looked into the possibility of MS.  I don't know a lot about MS, but those other symptoms do sound like MS symptoms to me.  Has the neurologist done any MRI's on the brain or other brain scans?  Even though I don't know that much about MS, I do know that these scans help to determine whether it is MS or something else.  Hopefully, my comment here will prompt other input to help you out.
