electric & bugs crawling sensations after pregnancy

I had my son last month, it was a difficult delivery to say the least. This is my second child, and this one was VERY different from my first son. During the pregnancy, I didn't have too many problems until I hit around month 6. My left foot/ankle began to swell, then around month 7, they both began to swell and it took off from there. I walked quite a bit while I was pregnant and eventually had to stop walking because I had so much swelling and pain in my feet. Once I had gotten to the point of my pregnancy where I had to be seen once a week, The swelling had gotten so bad, my swelling had migrated all the way to my mid thigh. They were so swollen I got varicose veins, cracks in my feet, barely touching them would leave an indentation, they hurt (horribly) to touch them at all, and by the 9th month, my ankles began leaking clear fluid. Every time I would go into the doctor, I had gained 5 to 8lbs each week at my visits, which my doctor didn't notice until I mentioned it (mind you, the same Dr delivered both of my sons. with my first I was 173lbs at deliver, my second I was 223lbs). After complaining about my legs bothering me so much, they decided to do an ultrasounds on my legs to R/O any bloodclots, which I had none. My water broke a week before I was induced, doctor told me not to worry about it unless I bleed or have bad contractions. Once at the hospital, I dd get an epidural, I could feel the needle hitting a nerve in back (I've had the same feeling when having a back molar pulled at the dentist, it's a very distinct feeling), with my first son I had no problems with the epidural, but my pain level was not nearly as bad.....They didn't want to do a C-section, but because during labor my BP never went below 188/130, I told them I didn't care. I was in so much pain. Come to find out, his head was stuck under my pubic bone, I had 2 ppl pushing on my stomach and 2 ppl holding my legs (I couldn't hold them because my legs were so swollen, like Barbie's plastic legs, they wouldn't bend), his shoulders got stuck in the birth canal, he has to see a neurologist, the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck twice, with a knot in it. The whole time in labor it felt like I had needles stabbing me in my lower back, like nerve pain.
The reason I went through the story was because I don't know if the pain could be related to my labor, the epicural? I did have the tingling and light electric shock in my arms, but after I had my son I began feeling like there were bugs crawling on the top and insides of my feet and both legs from the knee down,  itch constantly. My legs still have swelling, but to even touch my legs still hurt. It feel like they're bruised on the inside, just there's no bruising on my feet/legs. My lower back hurts as well and I've been getting horrible headaches. My mother has fibromyalgia as well. Any insight would be appreciated.
