i had gonethrough a urethrel stricture operation, which is due to a road accident. urine blocked due to accident then it is diagnosed as urethrel damage. they put cathetra by pass for six months. i got erection with in first week of accident. but after urethrel stricture open operation i am unable to get erection after 4 months after erection. doctor gave me a injection to base of penis and it become erected. then he told me it is not a blood vessel problem it isdue to nerves damage due to surgery. he told me to wait for one year. i am worried about my sex life. please advise me.
