I would get tested for lyme disease. Many people get diagnosed with "fibromyalgia" which is just a group of symptoms like Carol said. Many people have found they really have chronic lyme disease.
There are also two things to consider:
1) an ANA blood test (used to help indicate an autoimmune disease, such as lupus)
2) anemia (blood test to determine B12, folic acid and iron levels)
Many of your symptoms resemble tick borne infection.
I had joint pain, fatigue, insomnia, migraine, and was diagnosed as fibromyalgia syndrome.
A syndrome is not a disease, it is a label for a collection of symptoms.
Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum has an website, "From Fatigued to Fantastic" which has loads of information that may help the fatigue.

Hi there!
From the way you describe it you may indeed have other problems other than your fibromyalgia. Your increased fatigue can have many causes, like lung or heart conditions. How's your blood pressure so far? High blood pressure can also cause these symptoms as well as high blood sugar or diabetes.
I suggest you consult with your doctor and have a thorough check up. Counseling may also help so that your spirit maybe uplifted and have a positive active outlook.
I hope you and your doctors get to the bottom of your problem. Regards and God bless.
