extremely dizzy during sleep

Yeterday I woke up in the middle of the night feeling extremely dizzy and seeing black spots, I almost fainted. The first time it happened to me was 3 years ago and after that I had it 3 or 4 times. I had a neurologist appointment in 2015 and did some exams, the doctor said I had a mild loss of blood in one part of the brain (I think its called mild leukoencephalopathy). I am afraid that what I had its because of the blood loss and as it is happening more frequentely it might be getting worse.
Also, I  have fibromylagia and I am under a lot of stress and sometimes have anxiety.
