The company I work for doesn't really want me back anyway , they keep putting it off .
I left a message to talk with the owners tomorrow . I am going to see if we can mutually work something out until I see a Neuro . I will have to go without pay , but I would rather not be further injured . My Lawyer wants me to go , and get hurt , says oh well you'll get more money , but that is not what I want . My health and well being are more important to me  . I am only 36 and have children , I am too young to be completely impaired for the rest of my life .I did show the er doc my mri,ct,emg , and the report the surgeon did for the workmans comp nurse case manager that states a syrinx . She said she didn't have enough knowledge of this , and couldn't override the surgeon . Hopefully I will have an appointment with the Neuro soon . I wanted the Neuro who did my emg , and stated I have a problem with c5/6 , he said he couldn't do it I need a Neurosurgeon . Again I thank you for your help , I don't know where you are located , but I think you would be a great care giver , but I doubt you are in Alabama .

Hello.

I guess you have a prior MRI with you. Did you show the reports to the ER doctor ? And does the surgeon know your work profile ? In my view, your disc problems can only increase by doing the kind of work you do. Does your job allow leaves ?

Thank you dr Deshmukh ,

I figured it had something to do with missing pt .  I have had severe pain since yesterday in neck , shoulder , back of the head , and shoulder blades . i called the doc who did my surgery , his nurse said i had to go to the er . i went and took all of my test and all dr write ups . the doc at er didn't know what to do other than treat pain (which her and i both agreed was nonsense) she also didn't have enough knowledge about the syrinx the report says i have . anyway , we concluded that when i picked up a boiler of water yesterday either i pulled the muscles in my neck , or aggrivated the injuries i have or both . but , the surgeon said i had no restrictions to return to work , which is heavy manual labor , but i can't even pick up a boiler of water (which was about 3 gallons) how can this be ?

Hello.

This is the neuropathic pain that you are experiencing. As you may be knowing, physical therapy relieves the pressure n the nerves so that you get the minimum symptoms. But since you missed you PT, the nerve problem increased.
