Hello there, thanks for your answer. I appreciate that very much, although you made a little mistake. Although Vit B;s are water solublbe, toxicity by using multivitamins is not very rare. Cases are repported enough on the internet.
To mixedblessings: thank you very much for your support.
Blessings for you two.

Hello!
First of all, all of the B-complex vitamins are water soluble, so toxicity is extremely rare unless you are chronically dehydrated. Usually, it is the B vitamins that PREVENT or REVERSE neuropathy development as the long-term deficiency of them creates nerve and brain cell damage.
Unless you've had direct nerve damage (spinal cord injury, low back problems, crushing or cold injury to your legs, etc) neuropathy is usually caused by poor circulation whether it is caused by diabetes, liver problems, kidney problems, or vascular restriction (narrowing) or blood clot issues. Since it is in both legs, and if it just happened suddenly, I would be looking at blood vessels from your pelvis to your feet for answers. If you've had a recent illness, a possibility of mild Guillian-Barre syndrome which causes a growing loss of sensation and increasing weakness in your hands and feet could be the cause.
You see? There are so many things that could be responsible with some sort of vascular compromise from a level above your feet being the most likely cause. I hope this helps you find your answer! -Don't give up...((((((((HUGZ)))))~MM
