fuzzy head, crossed eyes, exhaustion

I have been feeling very lightheaded for the past few weeks, my vision sometimes goes severely blurry (and crossed eyes), and I am exhausted.  My main concern is the crossed eyes, it comes and goes and do not know what would cause it, the last time was about Jan 11. my husband and I were crossing the street and I lost ALL of my vision, when he turned and looked at me my right eye was pointing left 90 degrees and amy right eye was pointing directly up.  Can ANYONE help????

Hello.

Lesion is a general term used for any abnormal thing in the brain or anywhere in the body. Space occupying lesion means a tumor.

thnks, at 38 I am finding this to be very confusing.  I almost feel like I am floating all of the time, even when I am sitting.  Can you tell me, what is a lesion??? how serious could this be?

Hello.

I can see two possibilities here. One is a muscle weakness of the eyeballs. After much use, the eye muscles become weak, leading to the crossed eyes. This can happen in the ocular myasthenia. Another possibility is that of a space occupying lesion in the brain.

Please consult a Neurologist at the earliest and get yourself examined.
