he was hanging for about 30 - 45 mins but not sure , saying this because he was on a telephone call till 2.45 and we noticed his hanging at 3.30 and from yesterday his own breathing is getting reduced as doctor says , but pulse remains same as 127
and BP getting reduced to 85/45 and ct scan reveals mild fluid collection in brain and some damage areas , black patches in CT scan few images

urine and motion are regular

we could see some gossepimples sometimes all over his hands

There is ample literature on this situation, which is called "near strangulation". Generally there is some form of permanent brain damage, however there may be a great deal of recovery. Only time will tell. You can google search this topic. There is no special therapy, except that for the conventional stroke patient.
