shakes in sleep

my husband says i shake at night there has been occasions he has gotton up fussing saying im playing with myself sometimes i wake up and it feels like my insides are vibrating and sometimes when im about asleep i can feel myself shake like tremors im easy to wake up so i dont think it is seizures but i do feel tired during the daytime i do have heart problems which they have yet to find out what is wrong and it has been going on for 4 years now

I have the same symptoms, but nothing with my heart that i know of. My husband will not even sleep with me anymore cause i shake the bed so much. Im devistated and trying to c a dr. Have u found anything to help?

i figured out i have what they called pots

well i have noticed that iit has something to do with my heart i did it lastnight and my heart was pounding hard not sure what it is but getting a doc to listen is a waste of time

thanks for the advice i agree i need to be examined but getting my doctors to listen are like telling a rock to walk

The symptoms of seizure like activity while sleeping or while going to sleep can be due to restless leg syndrome, sleep epilepsy, sleep apnea, low vitamin B12, low blood sugar, low blood pressure or due to arrhythmias.
