left site:numbness(arm,fingers),hearing loss,glaucoma

Hi, I’m not sure whether it is the right forum
I’m 49 years old and have an issue which deteriorated in the last months.
It started with a numb left arm a few years ago.
I did MRIs, spine examinations and blood tests. No reason were found.
Massage reduced the pain and I was ok with that.
The numbness increased and radiated up to left hand and fingers and it is very painful.
The right arm, hand and fingers are ok.
An audiometry determined a hearing loss of 10% of my left ear in the last two months.
Additionally a visual test determined Glaucoma in my left eye.
I get eye drops for this matter.
I did an MRI again, spine checks and a blood test. Everything seems to be ok.
I don’t have any issues with the right site : face, arm, leg, eye and ear are ok.
And : no history in my family.

Does anyone have a similar issue ?
What might be the reasons and what to do ?
Thank you very much in advance.
