mouth numbness and dizzy spells

hi there, I was wondering if any of you might have a clue as to what causes this?

Just a few minutes ago I went from being in my bedroom (with a hot water bottle on my feet) to go downstairs for a drink (downstairs is super cold) and as soon as I got downstairs I went incredibly dizzy & got an almost numb ish kinda sensation in my mouth & tongue. It has happened a few times (not sure of if there was a temperature change during those episodes though as they were quite a while ago) I suffer ehlers danlos syndrome type 3 (a.k.a hypermobility type) and suspected postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (I have not had the official diagnosis for that but I do seem to display about 97% of the symptoms, so I am guessing I likely have that too, which is common for us with eds)

now I do know a bit about eds & p.o.t.s but not everything & thus I am not sure if this is related or what?

I would appreciate any help/info thanks

I don't know anything about the other health issues you mentioned...
But have you checked your Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D?

forgot to add. I was wondering if this could also be related to the above & anything to be concerned about? I keep getting a sensation almost like the skin on my left breast is tearing/being ripped, it is an odd sensation & came on a few hours ago & has now just come back!
