mri reading regarding AS

Ive been trying to figure out why im always in so much pain, drs are not much help but i just had a mri and cant tell wat exactly it means and if it thinks i have as or not, it says under findings:
Sacrum: no acute fractures.there is some mild signal with slightly increased t2 signal in areas where there is decreased t1 signal espically in the iliac bone. There is abnormal STIR signals that are identified.
Sacroilac joints: Normal
Other: mild prominence is seen of the urinary bladder.

Impression:lan abnormal process of the marrow cannot be excluded as there is some increased T2 and decreased t1 signal in small areas bilaterally.there is no fracture. There is no significant disc disease identified or narrowing of the visualized portions of the spinal canal.

My rimary dr looked at this and said it came back normal, dont see my rheumatologist for 2 more months but hes an idiot anyway wont even listen to me when i try n tell him symptoms.  Any kind of help would be much appreciated and glad i found your boards

Has anyone had any similar mri results that could help me figure out what these readings could possibly mean? Thanks for any help in advance, my pain dr has no clue about the findings and i dont see my rheumatologist till the tenth of january. And im being optimistic that he will know more about the meaning of it

Have you had any blood work done?  If so, was it normal?  Given that the radiologist can't and typically won't make a diagnosis, and most often use the terms "may" and "could be" to protect their butts, Also, given that he says possible marrow abnormality, I would not settle with your primary's description of normal.  Get a second opinion!   Good luck!
