DIZZY SPELLS - SEX

Hello: I started having dizzy spells last year, at least 1-2 per week. These last only about 30 sec if that.  I noticed a correlation between eye activity and the spells, like turning my head to fast, scrolling up or down on a computer screen, looking down when doing eye related work.  I figured it was some sort of visual focus thing, as I have read of dizziness and eyes.  However, I now mostly only notice the spells a minute or so after ejaculation when masturbating.  Could this be from my blood pressure going too high, .....or from it coming down from after being so high????   Is it dangerous to ignore and masturbate anyway???? I worry about a stroke. THX, Jamie (45yo Male)

Hello: I am having trouble with dizzy spells and masturbation.  I used to have these almost always after, ....but can now have them during.  I do not continue for fear of a stroke or something. It is frustrating to have my sexual side off limits.  I thought maybe it was when my BP came down after, but since its during maybe its going too high period.  Is it safe to continue masturbating when dizzy?  I don't see any similar symptoms from regular activities, so I don't think its my heart. Can the heart react this way --only-- during sex?  I am worried I will have to have bypass surgery or something???? Any ideas?  (45 y.o. non smoker male)

You really need to get in to see your PCP (Primary Care Physician). Get a physical done INCLUDING blood anyalsis. I had dizzy spells that felt like I stood up too fast when I wasn't doing anything at all. Turned out I had B-12 deficincey. Get it checked out
