A sharp pain shoots up the back of my head and then feeling burning in my head then sharp pain shoots down my right arm and into my hand leaving my pinky finger and the one next it it very tender

I am experiencing my nerves firing off all over the place. I mostly notice it when I hit the heat. Last night they were going all over the place. I am very depressed and anxious. I went to the emergency and had a blood work up that was negative except a low blood sugar. Which I could understand considering I hadn't eaten all day. A few sips of my daughters sprite seem to bring levels up to normal. What do you think this could be?

You are probably experiencing symptoms associated with a pinched nerve, most probably at the cervical spine level. It could be caused by disc bulging, bone protrusion or vertebral malalignment.

You should consult a neurologist to properly assess your symptoms.
