What is small vessel disease.TIA The MRIreads., Right vertebral artery is hypoplastic. Small hyperintensity seen in bilaterl fronta perietal lobe white matterand bilateral basal ganglia region

Hi there!

These are likely to be changes due to reduced blood supply to the brain. Management is largely symptomatic in such cases with reduction of associated risk factors such as increased coagulability, diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension etc. I would suggest consulting your neurologist for suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
