numb in both feet and left hand

since last december, I have severe numb in my both feet and left hand. I saw neurologist 7 times already. I took blood test, emg ,x-ray and mri scan in my neck, all are normal. since the numb is so severe I told my wife I would rather die instead of face numb torturing every day. I aleady saw 7 different doctors, none of them fix the numb problem .  I am using a eletical heating pad to ease the numb before  i go to bed. after a warm night sleep inside the comfoter, next morning numb sems go away, but it come back after one hour or so .yesterday the nerologist gave me lyrica to ease the numb I do not know whether it will work. I also am a manic deprssion patient. For the numb I am thinking to commit sucide sometimes. Would you please to help me? I will really appreciated.

Please get some professional help to allow you to work through this.  Numbness in itself is very troubling, but it won't kill you.  I saw a woman today in a wheelchair, who is completely dependant on others.  It sure put my illness in perspective and I feel I am very fortunate compared to that poor lady.  There are also drugs to help you and physiotherapy treatments.  TENS treatments are very helpful and I find them therapeutic for my leg and foot problems.  It felt like my leg had died on me and it was so cold.   I don't know if you are a spiritual person or not, but prayer and the support of others is very helpful and uplifting  .
