a couple of years ago my hands were going numb then i moved to a different work ares and it stopped.now i get it all the time no matter what job i do or even when im off shift for 5 days.it started in my right hand now i have the numbness in both it wakes me up and i also get it in my hands when on the mobile it goes numb so i switch hands. i am right handed but my left arm aches more through the day i also wake up with swollen fingers...there are other things which could be related to this but not sure sometimes i get weak wrists and i cant say when this happens it just happens every so often a pain radiates around my wrist area and is quite painfull then it could disapear for a few monthsi also stand on my feet for 12 hour shifts and my lower back and bottom and top of legs have a weird sensation that i cant explain and i also have half a numb big toe on my right foot my ncs came back normal

Hi...please see ur Dr for evaluation...I am not sure what u do at work, but u may have a condition called carpel tunnel.....u will need an EMG test to see if that is the dx and if not ur dr may do MRI's of ur neck area.

Any MRIs of your spine?  When was the ncs done and of what? (I was confused about that part of your post).
