MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
The most probable causes of your symptoms could be nerve compression in the neck, brain tumour, chemical poisoning, neurosarcoidosis. Please go for MRI of the head and neck and consult a neurologist for examination and diagnosis. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!

Go to an emergency room.  This could very well be a stroke.
