Try wearing wrist braces when you sleep for at least six weeks.  Also see the doctor's answer to my question under PAD (peripheral arterial disease)

Hi,
Stress and anxiety can do this. Your tingling and numbness can be due to nerve compression at carpal tunnel around the wrist.
Patients who work at a desk, type, or who perform other repetitive activities that involve simultaneous wrist and finger flexion are prone to develop carpal tunnel syndrome.
The sign that your symptoms are relieved up on lying down suggests that it could be due to Carpal tunnel syndrome.
Hope this explains you the condition.
Bye.
