penis numbness

Hi Doc,

Long story short, I've had pressure in my perineum, ischium and groin since about 2007 from bike riding. My penis has become gradually numb over that time, especially the orgasm feelings. Over the years, the orgasm feeling (numbness) started at the head of the penis and contiued down the shaft. I still have some physical touch feelings in the head and shaft. The orgasm feeling in my testicles is at about 60-70% as well as physical feeling. Numbness on penis skin is at about 50-60% throughout, not as sensitive to touch as before. Orgasm feeling on penis itself is at 0%.

Any theories as to what this is? Also, If I have a prolonged erection and I orgasm, I feel like theres an obstruction that prevents the semen from flowing; doesnt happen if its not a prolonged erection. I also have difficulty urinating and hemorhoids that produces pain on my right leg and tip of penis. Any theories and suggestions please. I'm guessing a part of the pudendal nerve is impinged. I dont know. Whats your guess?
