pinching and hurting toes
for the past six months "i have been having this painful pinching and hurting sensation on my 3 toes" sometimes it hots so much i feel as if i may fall down, what could be the problem with my toes

You may have a potentially life-threatening problem. Minor toe infections often develop into full-fledged osteomyelitis. Painful pinching is sometimes the warning symptom. You could lose toes, a foot or a leg. This is very common with diabetics. This, of course is a "worse-case" scenario. You need a visit to a good podiatrist affiliated with a hospital to take an x-ray and then an MRI if indicated, as well as a diabetic screen (an hba1c blood test). This problem must be evaluated in person by a professional immediately.
You don't have to have diabetes to develop osteomyelitis. It is simply more common in diabetics. It may not be this problem, but you require an x-ray and a minimum.
