hi I'm sorry if this is in the wrong spot I just got on here to get help cause I'm 16 and have no idea what's going on. It had this really bad neck pain for over a month like where I guess my spine is and I have headaches and the pain in my neck or spine makes me feel like I'm gonna throw up. please help me
