right thigh burning & in pain

About 2 days ago i was at the pool. i just moved down to florida from ohio, so im not used to the heat, and i think i might have gotten a sunburn. when i got home i shaved my legs, and now the skin on my right thigh is burning, so i thought it might have something to do with shaving over a sunburn, but if that were true, wouldnt both of my legs be burned? and i have a pain that feels like the top of my thigh and the inner part of it is being pulled, and its driving me crazy! i dont know what to do about it, or even whats causing it. anyone have any ideas?

I have this problem since 1 year, i had several medical opinions, the only one that made sense to me is the nurves around the waist line, i had several x-rays taken and nothing can indicate the problem, some doctors asked me to losen my belt and stop wearing suspenders ... nothing worked. I noticed that everytime i excercise and when my body aches especially my back the pain grows and until now im still suffering, i dont think that any doctor managed to solve this problem .....still hoping

I have been experiencing the same thing - I have no idea what or where this is all of a sudden coming from.

I live in Eastern Canada (Atlantic provinces) so for me it would have nothing to do with swimming and/or sunburn.

Hang in there; hopefully it will subside.
