I have this...and let me tell you, its VERY PAINFUL.... i have herinated discs 4 of them and sciatic nerve, but this tops it all. the joint that is normally suppose to be marble size is like 3 golf balls. you can feel them and they are very tender.  Drs say cortizone. cortizone sends my blood surgar all whacky...NO THANK YOU.... epsom salt baths, heating pad and moist heat and just take it easy. I also have fibromaygia and kidney stones, allergies and anxiety.  this one takes the cake for pain!

hi,what you are feeling is may be due to muscle spasm caused by nerve irritation or associated joint disorder(arthritis, sacroiliatis).

Try some pain killers along with muscle relaxants after consultation with doctor.
