severe fecal body odor

On 25 and feel as though I'm falling apart. I have a swishing in my left ear accompanied w migraines dizziness and it stops if I press on my neck.

Aside from that I have severe body odor that smells like feces.  I'm clean an professional. My carer isbat risk n I have not a min to seek medical care. I saw tma and bc there us no cure and limited research I'm hopeless. I have also read about AVMs I'm hopelessly existing everyday feeling more fatigued and feeling like there will be no end to my health issues. I have so many digestive problems and constipation. I'm a recovering addictvtaking suboxone for over a yr. I bought a probiotic tonight. I don't know where to go from here! Any help would be greatly appreciated. It should be noted that only certain people smell me ...not my family...they think it's in my head...but people at my job back away and say something smells like poop!

You should find out if you are anemic and get a colonoscopy to see if your intestines are healthy.
