Are you taking a lot of vitamin B? I was taking too much vitamin B and it caused this. Google side effects of too much B vits.
Part of my right eye has been red for 2.5 weeks along with the other things I discribed. I go to the doctor abot that Friday. I have a regular neurologist who uses the term "neuroscience". I don't know what that term means. She hasn't found anything yet. She doesn't believes it's PD or anything "serious" like that.
Thanks. Thank was a lot of good info.
Sorry your night was bad. I hate it when I don't sleep good. Let's see, if you're shaking and vibrating, this can be caused by something as simple as inadequate nutrients and or dehydration, so if you'll drink extra water daily and get a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral supplement and take it a couple times a week, that would help those situations. Another reason is certain drugs will do this, like steroids, SSRI antidepressants, antipsychotics, so check side effects of every medicine or supplement you're on and see if anything causes muscles to tense up... lists of side effects will use medical terms to refer to it, so you'll have to look up anything that is unfamiliar to you, becuz my memory ain't what it was, but seems like dyskenisia and dystonia are muscle type side effects. The solution is to have the prescribing doc make sure you're getting enuff or not too much of the medicine or to change to another like kind of medicine.
Then there's blood sugar levels, people who have diabetes have to watch them, but so do regular people, which if you notice after you eat something you get a little rush... that's sugars bolstering up your system... well, if you are, say, drinking lots of alcohol, it can deplete sugars among other things and make you hypoglycemic, where you ain't got enough sugars in your body, so for that one, you would need to go to the county clinic or your regular doc and have them check your sugars for you. Also, illness like flu or a cold can do this, and so can anemia (eat more protein...altho anemia can come from a bunch of stuff).
Beyond that, so can malaria (of all things) give you the shakes, and so can various neurodegenerative disorders ranging from autoimmune stuff like MS, to Parkinson's, but your description doesn't exactly match up with those unless you have a few other rather more serious symptoms than you're describing. I get these "brain zaps" that other people like me describe, it's from a medication for depression, and it doesn't give me the shakes, but the electronic zing that happens is SOMEthin else! So, I sort of know what you mean, but try not to let it "get to you," instead when you feel funny like that again, take some real deep breaths (not in the cold!) and it'll slow your heart and knock back any anxiety you're having about the situation, until you can alter your life habits or see a doc.
