Hi,

In that case the possibility of nerve compression is more. Please get yourself evaluated by a specialist if the symptoms do not cease after taking rest and pain medications.

Take care!

Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
The pain in the ankle and heel on bending the back seems to be due to nerve compression in the lower back. However nothing can be said for sure without clinical examination.
Do you have any history of injury in the affected foot?
I would suggest you to take rest, do not bend or lift weights and take oral pain medications. You can also do some back stretching exercises. Also if the symptoms persist please get yourself examined by an orthopaedician.
Take care!
