Headache, dizziness and vision problems

Hi guys! I have had a variety of problems with my vision over the last month. Decreased vision(mainly at night or in dimmer rooms), sensitivity to really bright lights and periodic blurriness. I also woke up one morning with an ocular migraine aura( went awat after 10 mins). I get pain in my eyes and above them as well. I
also have had a headache daily for the last month. The headaches vary in severity and are typically on my forehead area and on one side of my head. I've been getting dizzy spells and nausea too. I've been to the eye doc 4 times and the only thing they found was dry eyes and inflamed follicles under my lids which I am currently taking prednisone drops for. The GP's I have seen have done blood work and ruled out thyroid problems, low iron, diabetes and systemic infection. I had a concussion 6 months ago and one doc said it could be related. I am really worried and haven't been able to work much due to this. Anyone else out there experience any of this before??
