sick since 8 years.. no diagnosis.. help!

hello everyone,
first I have to apologize for my grammatical mistakes here, English is not my mother tongue. In the age of 23 (and a little bit before) I started to have some weird symptoms. The first symptoms I recognized were 2 years prior I got really sick. These symptoms included fatigue and memory problems when I drunk just 2-3 beers. After 1-1 ½ years more weird symptoms occurred. The next symptom which I got was sweating under the armpits with a really bad odor. I didn't know what it was and just ignored it. 3-4 months later, I had some circulatory distributances (following described as “cd”). The first attack of cd was all of sudden, which included tachycardia. weakness in legs, cold sweaty hands, disorientation and lasted about 5 minutes.. after that, everything was fine, just like a panic attack. The following attack was about 2 weeks later, with the same symptoms, just increased intensity and lasted about 10-15 minutes. Then, I think I had swollen lymph nodes under my armpits.. first right, then left.. for about 1 week, wasn't very big, but I noticed it.. it disappeared quickly. Then.. I think 2-3 weeks later I got my third attack which was more intense than the others.. and beside of that, I had to urinate frequently. I had trouble to walk because I felt so weak suddenly… my college friend said, that my skin turned yellow, but my eyes don't. This could be due to different causes.. one cause is maybe, that I had a very brown skin color (just healthy tanned) and I simply got pale, so the “tanned” looked yellow.
After the last attack I went home for sleeping… the next day I woke up and was a different person. I woke up and had the strongest headaches I ever had.. I knew, something is not right, because I rarely had headaches and not such intense. My vision was different, hard to describe, everything looked “unreal” like blurry vision or something like that. My whole body was tingling/vibrating.. felt strange. My appetite was killed completely .. I ate because I knew, I have to. before I got sick, I was a healthy good eater and ate 3-4 meals a day. Since then everything went downwards. 2-3 days after I got sick, I had sharp pains in my liver area which lasted about 2-3 months.. also got lower back pain. 2-3 months later I developed psychological distributances… like racing thoughts, when I closed my eyes there were racing pictures.. about everything.. things ive never seen. I felt also very  weak and had no energy. I noticed that my concentration has got worse then ever.. also my short time memory was a mess, 2-3 days after I got sick, I got really bad dark circles under my eyes and paleness. The first 3-6 months I lost weight very quick.. its been 10kg.. from 80kg to 70kg.. which is my actually weight. The headaches persisted… and went from local, to frontal headaches. Since 8 years I have these symptoms, day after day.. and I don't know how to deal with it, because I’m so exhausted and tired of it. Maybe someone has a suggestion?
Things which were checked:
- endocrinology all hormones (thyroid, adrenal, aldosterone etc etc) (3-4 times, Im taking NDT for my thyroid, but it doesn't help at all)
- adrenals were checked several times with salvia tests for fatigue
- gastronenterology/hepatology.. twice.. was in hospital for that.. with gastroscopy .. they took examples for further testing etc.. everything fine.. also checked for celiac, histaminosis and mastozytosis
- immunology (immunesystem is not showing any activity which would explain chronic inflammation/immune activation)
- rheumatology (checked for all possible autoimmune diseases, everything fine)
- neurology (got 3 MRIs in the last 8 years, everything fine.. .. all other neurological tests fine).. the last thing I think about is to do a spinal tap
- infections (lyme disease, bartonella, babesia…… fungal…. parasites…viruses.. several times) .. I was tested for everything out there.. lyme disease 5-6 times.. I’ve done 2-3 years of antibiotics because a LLMD diagnosed my because of my SYMPTOMS with lyme disease… after 3 years I stopped and nothing changed.. really nothing! and a got tons of protocols agains every bug which comes with lyme.. also babesia etc. From time to time also tool antifungal like fluconazole.. this year I took 4 weeks of albendazole because my blot for toxocara was positive 2 times… again, nothing changed
- pneumology.. breath tests.. CT of lungs… etc.. everything ok
- tropic doc which tested for several parasites
So… I got a really whole bunch of medication for different infections.. nothing helped… my doc thinks, that it must be something to do with metabolism/toxicology/neurology. The only thing which is showing up in my blood is a increased IgE, IL4 and eosinophils. IgE about 1500, Eosinophilia about 7-15%, IL4 about 400 (I have asthma also and allergies).
Symptoms TODAY:
since 8 years nearly every day headaches in forehead, lack of concentration, loss of short term memory, mental changes, sleep problems (waking up often at night and sometimes excessive dreaming), loss of appetite, feeling sick and very weak, nausea, dizziness, lightheaded, vision problems, tingling in body and hands/feet, still sometimes pain in liver..fatigue…

I feel like a mess.. especially in the morning, later after noon the symptoms start do improve. maybe someone can help me here?
