stamering problem

i am 22 years old suffering from stammering prob since the age of 2 or 3
just tell me any exercise or medicine
and plz tell me is smoking and masturbating is bad for stammering ?????????

I'm sorry, I did not realize I shouldn't provide links.  So, I've come back to add that there are a number of very good books about how to overcome stuttering, that way you hopefully won't have to fork out cash you don't have on real speech therapy.  Simply go to the library or a good bookstore, ask the people at the desk where is the speech therapy section in the nonfiction section, and pick and choose some books until you finally find a couple that may help you.  That's what that link was about, tips on books that helped people who stutter.

The above particular thread I've linked for you are books recommended by people who stutter that apparently self-help people to better control stuttering.  Actual therapy can wind up costing as much as the ear device I mentioned and that you correctly identified.  If you have a very severe form of it, MAYBE your insurance just might cover some of the cost of the SpeakEasy or one-on-one speech therapy, but I really don't know, you'd have to find out.

Try consulting a Speech Therapist.

No correlation between Stammering and the smoking, etc.

There is indeed a mechanical device that goes in the ear, it puts out a soft tone, and this allows most stammerers to speak normally.  You will have to do a little research to find a place near where you live that they can try that out on you.  Stammering is not affected by the stuff you mentioned.  It just comes with a person.
