sudden noise causes head vibrations

I have been having this weird thing happen. Sudden noises (do not have to be loud, just sudden) cause me to feel vibrations in my head, and sometimes the vibrations radiate down my body. After, I sometimes feel very tired, or just "off". Any idea what could cause something like this? I am not sick, have had no traumas, This has been ongoing off and on for about 6 months. Recently I have more frequently noticed it, and I seem to be more sensitive to noise in general.
